Guarantee
Just for your information we currently have contracts with many real estate agencies and Guarantee to offer the service of returning to rectify any issues to the clean within 1weeks after the clean. Please just forward the email with the list of issues to rectify from your manager or your manager is welcome to contact us directly.
receipt will issue to you and your agency with our company detail, reference, IIRC professional steam carpet registration, certificate of pest control for guarantee and your bond back easier.
Condition to our service
- We do not clean blinds or curtains because of damage hassles. Please wipe down blinds before the clean as cleaners will not return for any issues resulting from any mess made from cleaning blinds, garage and balcony after the full exit clean.
- We do not clean plastic/ You or fabric blinds/curtains because of damage hassles.
- Clean is only internal only with sweep and mop of garage or balconies.
- lean does not include any work on ceilings except removal of cobwebs.
- We advise that all items are completely moved out unless it is a furnished property. Charges will apply for any wait time or delays.
- PLEASE ENSURE POWER IS NOT DISCONNECTED on the day of the clean. The clean cannot be completed without power.
- Carpets need to be vacuumed by a tenant in advance before steam cleaning if we carry out carpet clean without an end of lease clean.
- We do not dry clean Bedding such as pillow case, mattress protector etc.
- Please note Bewhite will not be responsible for any items left on the premises. All items (unless specified as a furnished property) will be disposed of unless instructed otherwise.
